巴豆枝叶挥发性成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:用GC-MS法分析巴豆枝叶中挥发油的化学成分.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取巴豆枝叶中的挥发油,用GC-MS法测定和分析其化学组分.结果:共鉴定了24个成分,占挥发油总成分的90%以上.结论:该实验为巴豆枝叶作为新型生物农药利用提供了理论依据.

Analysis of Volatile Oil Constituents from Crotonic Branches by GC-MS

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the chemical components of volatile oil from Crotonic branches by GC-MS. Methods:The vola- tile oil was extracted Crotonic branches by steam distillation and the components were identified by GC-MS. Results: 24 compounds were detected and analyzed, which occupied more than 90% in the total volatile chemical components. Conclusion: The research provids theory evidence for the croton branches as a new biological pesticide use.
