| 摘 要： | 肉桂为辛热之品，在临床用药中，常以少量肉桂反佐配伍苦寒药使用。肉桂与苦寒药的配伍不仅影响化学成分的溶出，而且影响药效及主要成分的药代动力学。对近年报道较多的交泰丸及滋肾通关丸在化学成分及药理方面的研究进行综述。

| Abstract: | The properties of Cinnamomum cassia Presl is spicy and hot . In traditional Chinese medicine, a small amount of cinnamon as Corrigent is often combined with herbs of bitter and cold. Compatibility of cinnamon and herbs of bitter and cold will not onlyaffect the dissolution of the chemical composition, but also affect the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of the main components. The chemical study and pharmacological study of Jiaotai pills and Zishen pills are reported more in recent years,and this paperwill make the review of such progress. |
