黄芪注射液在急性脑出血治疗中的应用

目的：观察黄芪注射液应用于急性脑出血的临床治疗效果.方法：将60例急性脑出血患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上增加黄芪注射液治疗,观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果：观察组临床治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：黄芪注射液能够有效修复神经功能,降低神经功能缺损评分,且能够改善机体血液循环,对治疗急性脑出血具有积极的意义,值得临床推广应用.

The Application of Astragalus Membranaceus Injection on Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage Treatment

Objective：To observe the astragalus injection applied to clinical effect in the clinical treatment of acute cerebral hemor- rhage. Methods：our hospital in January 2012-June 2013 scores of 60 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly di- vided into two groups, each group of 30 patients, treatment with a set routine, as control group, another group on the basis of con- ventional treatment increase astragalus membranaceus injection treatment, the observation group, and observe the clinical therapeu tic effect of comparing two groups of patients. Results： the clinical curative effect of observation group was obviously better than that of control group, and the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： astragalus membranaceus injection can ef- fectively repair the nerve function, reduce the neural function defect scale, and can improve the body＇s blood circulation, have positive sense to the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage, is worthy of popularization and application.
