黄芪抗顺铂致肾损伤的研究进展

顺铂（DDP）是一种广谱抗癌药,但由于在临床使用后,在患者体内代谢会产生大量的自由基,很容易引起肾毒性,造成肾损伤.因而在临床使用上往往要采取一定的措施减轻其对患者的肾损伤.黄芪味甘性温,入脾、肺经,具补气固表利水、养血生肌托毒之功.现代药理研究发现黄芪含多种皂苷、多糖、氨基酸、叶酸及硒、锌、铜等多种微量元素,具有增强免疫力、抗氧化、抗自由基等作用.
