紫穗槐根的紫外光谱法鉴别

摘    要:目的 研究用紫外光谱法鉴别紫穗槐根与其混淆品.方法 取紫穗槐根19个样品及其2个混淆品,用紫外光谱法测得吸收度比值作为鉴定的依据.结果 紫外光谱显示,紫穗槐根有2个共有峰,其吸收度比值范围在 1.452~1.648之间,而混淆品不在此范围.结论 用吸收度比值范围可鉴别紫穗槐根及其混淆品.

Abstract:Objective To study the identification of roots of Amorpha fruticosa L.and their confusion roots by UV Spectrometry.Methods The absorbance ratio of 19 roots from Amorpha fruticosa L.and 2 confusion roots were measured by UV spectrometry and used as the evidence of identification.Results The absorbance ratio of the two mutual peaks in ultraviolet spectrum of roots of Amorpha fruticosa L.were measured(1.448~1.625),but the ratio of the confusion roots wasn't in this range.Conclusion UV Spectrometry could be used to identify roots of Amorpha fruticosa L.and their confusion roots.
