玻璃体切除术治疗复杂眼外伤的临床分析

目的：探讨玻璃体切除术在治疗复杂眼外伤中的应用价值。方法：对127例复杂眼外伤患者行玻璃体切除手术的效果进行回顾性分析。结果：12例眼内异物，摘出率为100％，5例复杂视网膜脱离，复位率为80％，二次手术复位率为100％，3例继发性青光眼，眼压均控制在正常范围，本组27例中，术后视力较术前提高者23例（85．18％），术后视力不变或下降者4例（14．82％）。结论：玻璃体切除术是目前治疗复杂眼外伤较为理想的方法，可以多次手术一次完成，对恢复复视功能起到了一定的作用。

The analysis of complicated ocular trauma treated with vitrectiomy

Objective To investigate the value of vitrectomy for complicated ocular trauma. Methods Retrospective review of the 27 cases of pa- tients with vitrectomy for complicated ocular trauma was performed Re- sults With 12 cases of intraocular foreign body, all of the IOFBs were removed successfully. Four of five cases with total retinal detachment were gained good reposition in the first operation, another patient was gained good reposition in the second operation. The intraocular pres- sures of 3 cases with secondary glaucoma were well controlled. There were 3 cases with combined intraocular lens implantation. The postoper- ative visual acuities of 23 cases were better than that of preoperation, only four cases had not changed or decrased. Conclusion Vitrectomy is an effective method for complicated ocular injury. It could manage the severe ocular injury as well as its complications simultaneously and could improve the visual acuity of traumatic eyes.
