摘    要:目的探讨Shh蛋白在人前列腺癌、前列腺增生组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测60例前列腺癌和60例前列腺增生组织Shh的表达。结果 Shh在前列腺增生组织中不表达或低表达,而在前列腺癌组织中的表达明显高于增生组织,前列腺癌中Shh的表达与病理分级密切相关。结论 Hedgehog信号通路中Shh蛋白表达上调可能参与了前列腺癌的发病,其在前列腺癌的发生、发展等方面可能具有重要作用。

Expression and significance of Shh in prostate cancer

Abstract:Objective To explore the expression and significance of Shh in prostate cancer and benign prostatic hy- perplasia. Methods 60 cases of prostate cancer and 60 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were studied by immunohisto- chemisty using the Shh antibody. Results Shh was not expressed or seldom expressed in benign prostatic hyperplasia,Up - regulation of Shh was more obviously expressed in prostate cancer than in benign prostatic hyperplasia. The increased Shh level was significantly correlated with pathological grades. Conclusion Up - regulation of Shh in Hedgehog signaling pathway might get involved in prostate cancer, and it might do a lot in the course of developing and progressing prostate cancer.
