恢复期精神分裂症患者加用舍曲林的社会功能研究

目的探讨利培酮加小剂量的舍曲林对恢复期精神分裂症患者阴性症状、情绪表达、社会功能的影响。方法将72例恢复期精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组各36例,干预组给予利培酮加用舍曲林;对照组单用利培酮。临床疗效采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、个人和社会功能量表(PSP)作为评价指标。结果在加药后12周时,干预组的PANSS总分(42.97±5.06)低于对照组(50.75±4.79),阴性量表分低于对照组(P<0.05);在PSP评分中,干预组的评分(77.31±5.33)大于对照组评分(67.14±5.08),组间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论利培酮合用舍曲林可改善恢复期精神分裂症患者的情绪表达,减轻病耻感和焦虑情绪,增加动力,促进患者社会功能的恢复。

Investigation of the social functions of convalescent schizophrenia patients combined with sertraline tablets

Objective To investigate the risperidone combined with low dose of sertraline tablets on the recovery of schizophrenic patients with negative symptoms, emotional expression, social function. Methods 71 patients recovered stage schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into intervention group （36 cases） and control group （35 cases）. In the intervention group were given risperidone combined with sertraline tablets~ the control group only with risperidon. Clini- cal efficacy of the positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS）, personal and social functioning scale （PSP） as evalua- tion index. Results After of 12W adding, the intervention group PANSS score （44.89 ± 2.69） was lower than that of control group （49.94±4.41）. The positive scores were lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）; in the PSP score, the score of the intervention group （76.39±4. 74） was higher than that of control group （68.31 ± 4.86） score. Compari- son between groups, there were significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ris peridone combined with sertraline tablets can improve schizophrenia during the recovery period of emotional expression, reduce stigma, anxiety, increased power, promote the recovery of social function.
