多功能空气消毒机与紫外线灯在精神科病房的消毒效果比较

目的探讨精神科病房使用多功能空气消毒机的消毒效果。方法 2011年1月～2012年12月对精神科病房静态下使用多功能空气消毒机消毒,并进行细菌检测,同时与传统紫外线灯照射消毒作平行比较。结果多功能空气消毒机消毒后的空气细菌菌落总数显著低于紫外线灯消毒,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论多功能空气消毒机消毒能有效改善精神科病房空气质量,效果明显优于紫外线灯消毒,值得推广应用。

The Effect of the Air Disinfection with Multifunctional Air Sterilizer Compared with Ultraviolet Lamp in Psychiatric Medical Ward

Objective To explore the air disinfection effectiveness of multifunctional air sterilizer in psychiatric medical ward, for providing the base to control air quality in the ward. Methods The air colony total count was collected after using multifunctional air sterilizer in static conditions and ultraviolet lamp of the psychiatric medical ward during 2011.1-2012.12, and the data was compared. Results After using multifunctional air sterilizer , the air colony total count was significantly lower than using ultraviolet lamp（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Multifunctional air sterilizer in the Static state can improve the air quality and have more effect than ultraviolet lamp. This way is worth promoting in psychiatric medical ward.
