哮喘患儿自行停止吸入治疗原因分析及护理对策

目的分析哮喘患儿自行停止吸入治疗的主要原因,并探讨相应护理对策。方法对哮喘专科门诊随访的196例哮喘患儿家长进行问卷调查,对其中61例自行停止吸入治疗患儿的停药原因进行统计学分析,并探讨相应的护理对策。结果因病情明显改善,同时担心药物副作用自行停药36例(59%);因病情明显改善自行停药9例(14.8%);因担心药物副作用自行停药6例(9.8%);因不相信疗效自行停药6例(9.8%);因经济原因自行停药2例(3.4%);因局部副作用自行停药1例(1.6%);其他1例(1.6%)。自行停止吸入治疗的患儿中使用布地奈德及沙丁胺醇气雾剂加储雾罐辅助吸入患儿达到57.4%。用药时间在半年以内停止治疗的患儿达到73.6%。结论哮喘患儿停止吸入性治疗的主要原因为家长认为患儿病情改善及担心药物副作用,有针对性地采取干预措施有利于提高儿童哮喘疗效及患儿生活质量。

Analysis of the reason for self-stop treatment in children asthma and its health education countermeasures

Objective To discuss about the reason for the asthma children who stopped inhalation treatment, and health education to asthma children. Methods 196 asthma children were followed up from December 2010 to December 2011 in out-patients, 61 of that stopped inhalation treatment. A questionnaire survey was conducted on their parents and analyze the reasons. Results 36 children stopped because their condition improved and be afraid of the adverse drug reac- tions; 9 children stopped because their condition improved; 6 children stopped because they are afraid of the adverse drug reactions;6 children stopped because they don＇t believe the effect; 2 children stopped because they can＇t afford the medcine;1 child stopped because he got the adverse drug reactions. To carry out targeted health education, asthma inci- dence rate from 31.12% to 5.61%. Conclusion Targeted health education is helpful to reduce the suction treatment of children with asthma acute attack of asthma.
