设定病例在心肺复苏模拟教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨和评价设定病例教学法在心肺复苏模拟教学中的应用。方法在心肺复苏技能教学中应用高仿真模拟人,将68名临床实习学生随机分为2组,A组(对照组)34名,采用传统教学方法 ;C组(case组)34名,采用设定病例教学法。进行考核和问卷调查,对成绩进行统计分析。结果两组训练前(摸底考核)成绩无明显差异(P〉0.05);训练后成绩均优于训练前成绩(P〈0.05);C组训练后成绩与A组训练后成绩比较有显著性差异,C组成绩优于A组(P〈0.05)。结论模拟教学有助于更好地掌握心肺复苏的操作方法 ;设定病例教学方法在模拟教学中可能起到更重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective To research and evaluate the clinical case setting in the simulation teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods The Human Patient Simulator(HPS) was used in the teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.68 internship students were divided into 2 groups,with 34 students taught by classical teaching method in group A(Control group) and 34 students taught by clinical case setting method in group C.Results Before training,there was no difference in two groups in performance(P〉0.05) but the score after training was higher than before(P〈0.05);the score of group C is much higher than that of group A(P〈0.05).Conclusion The simulation teaching method can improve the teaching effect of CPR and clinical case setting is a more valuable educational tool in practical teaching.
