| 摘 要： | 为了解拜糖平对糖尿病患者的疗效和可能的副作用,笔者用随机的方法对53例糖尿病病人进行观测,发现拜糖平能显著降低患者餐后2h血糖,服药2周,餐后2h血糖下降幅度为13.38％。服药4周,餐后2h血糖下降幅度为18.52％。实验过程中未发现该药对患者血压、血脂、血电解质及肝肾功能有明显影响,未观察到明显的胃肠道副作用。由此可见,拜糖平不失为一种安全有效的糖尿病治疗药物。

| Abstract: | Based on 53 examples the clinic effects and possible s de effects of acarbose on diabetes have been discussed in this paper. The results show that the blood sugar cor tent was decreased significantly after dinner. The blood sugar content was decreased about 13.38% and 18.52% respectively after using acarbose 2 and 4 weeks continually. There are no any side effects of acarbose on Hood pressure, blood fat content and kidney function. |
