综合康复治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床观察

摘    要:目的:探讨脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的发生率及综合康复治疗的疗效。方法:采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对120例脑卒中患者进行抑郁状态评定.对其中患有PSD的患者进行康复训练、康复护理和药物等综合治疗。采用Fugl—Meyer运动功能和Barthel指数积分法评测治疗前后的疗效。结果:120例患者中有38例PSD(31.67%),综合康复治疗后PSD患者HAMD评分明显改善,Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数显著提高。结论:PSD严重影响脑卒中患者的康复,综合康复治疗能显著改善PSD症状.提高临床疗效。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the incidence of post-stroke depression (PSD) and the effectiveness of general rehabilitation. Methods:The depressive states were evaluated by Zung depression self-evaluation measuring scale and Hamilton depressive scale in 120 stroke patients. 38 PSD patients accepted general rehabilitation therapy including rehabilitative discipline, nursing and medicine, etc. Applying Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index, we appraised the effect before and 2 months after therapy. Results:The incidence of PSD was 31.67 % (38/120). After general rehabilitation, the Hamilton depressive scale was significantly ameliorated and the scales of Fugl-Meyer and Barthel index were significantly increased. Conclusion:PSD seriously influenced the rehabilitation of post- stroke patients, and the general rehabilitation therapy could improve the clinical effect on them.
