九节茶薄层鉴别条件的优化

摘    要:目的:优化九节茶薄层鉴别色谱条件,以提高鉴别的灵敏度。方法:将样品点在硅胶G薄层板上,以石油醚-乙醚-甲酸(1∶5∶0.1)在室温下展开。结果:所得的薄层色谱条件分离效果好,比药典条件更理想。结论:该方法具有可行性,专属性强,更有利于控制九节茶药材的质量,可用于修改标准时参考。

Abstract:Objective:To improve a TLC identification condition for Glabrous Sarcandra Herb to enhance its sensitivity.Methods:The sample was applied on a silica G plate and developed at room temperature with PE-Ether-Formic acid(1∶5∶0.1).Results:The TLC had fine separability and is more ideal than condition of Pharmacopoeia.Conclusions:The method was practicable and specified,then more beneficial to control quality of Glabrous Sarcandra Herb.It can be used for a reference in revising standanrd.
