子宫内膜异位大鼠腹腔液对精子功能影响及补肾活血法作用的探讨

目的了解大鼠子宫内膜异位症动物模型腹腔液对精子功能的影响及不同中药治疗的改善作用。方法取造模成功子宫内膜异位大鼠24只分为4组，取正常大鼠6只，分别取腹腔液，其中3组造模成功大鼠给活血化瘀、补肾活血、单纯补肾药物治疗后取腹腔液，将腹腔液与正常精液标本混合孵育后，计数其A级直线向前活动率及总活动率，置低渗液中计数其总肿胀率。结果与正常大鼠组相比，造模成功组腹腔液孵育后精子A级直线向前活动率及总活动率、总肿胀率均呈明显下降（P〈O．05，P〈O．05，P〈O．01），经不同中药治疗后．补肾活血组上述指标基本恢复正常，与正常大鼠组相比均无显著差异（P〉0．05，P〉0．05，P〉O．05）。结论子宫内膜异位症大鼠腹腔液对精子功能有显著影响，而补肾活血中药则有一定治疗作用。

The Effect of Peritoneal Fluid of Endometriosis Model Rats on the Function of Human Sperm and the Effect of Chinese Herbs Invigorating the Kidney to Promote Blood Circulation

Objective To analyze the effect of peritoneal fluid of endometriosis model rats on human sperm function and the therapeutic effects of different Chinese herbs.Methods Six normal rats served as control group and 24 endometriosis model rats were randomly divided into four groups,three of them were treated with herbs for invigorating the kidney to promote blood circulation,to promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and to improve kidney asthenia.After treatment,the peritoneal fluids were taken from other two groups and incubated with normal sperm for sperm test and hypo-osmotic ratio.Results The peritoneal fluids with endometriosis model rats made sperm motile ratio and general hypo-osmotic ratio significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.01),herbs for invigorating the kidney to promote blood circulation could restore the sperm function.Conclusion The peritoneal fluid with endometriosis model rats has significant effect on sperm function and herbs for invigorating the kidney to promote blood circulation could restore sperm function.
