侧位内括约肌切断术治疗陈旧性肛裂120例疗效观察

目的为了克服传统手术治疗陈旧性肛裂的不足,探索新的方法,以提高疗效。方法采用侧位内括约肌部分切断,扩肛的办法。结果治疗陈旧性肛裂120例,全部1次治愈。结论该术式具有疗效好、疼痛轻、愈合时间短、并发症少等优点,而且能够显著改善内括约肌痉挛,而不影响肛门功能,有效地治疗肛裂。

Later Lysis of Internal Sphincter for Chronic Anal Fissure:Clinical Observation on 120 Cases

For the purpose of overcoming the shourcomings of the conventional procedure for chronic anal fissure, the lateral partial division of internal sphincter, anal dilatation and suturing was performed to treat chronic anal fissure in 120 cases,All of them were primarily cured. The procedure has such advantages as better curative effects,less pain,shorter healing time,fewer complications, etc. It can greatly relieve spasm of the internal sphincter without affecting the anal functions. ang the curative effects of the roce dure are much better than those of the conventional ones.
