肺癌患者围手术期血流变监测的临床意义

目的 探讨肺癌病人围手术期血流变参数,以指导围手术期管理。防治并发症。方法 实验组术前1d测血流变参数,术后72 h持续吸氧,术后第2 d测血流变参数;对照组不给氧,术前1 d,术后第2 d测血流变参数。结果 给氧组和对照组比较:全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳指数等,对照组明显高于实验组。P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论 低氧血症是肺癌病人术后心肺各种并发症的主要因素,术后72 h持续给氧,可有效降低术后心肺并发症。

Clinical Significance of Blood Rhedogy Measurement of Lung Cancer Patients Perioperative.

Aim:To manage and prevent and cure complications,this paper discusses the blood rheology index of lung cancer patients periopera-tiveMethod: The patients in the experimental group are given blood rheology thest on the day before operation, and after operation they inhale oxygon continuously for 72 hours. Then the patients leave blood rheology test on the second day after operation on the contrary , the patients in the control group don't inhale oxygen.They have blood rheology test both on the day before operation and on the second day after operation.Results:The comparison between the experimental group and the control group shows that blood vistosity, plasma vislosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte electrophoresis in the contral group are obviously higher than those in the experimental group, and it is a conspicuous differene, P < 0.01. Conclusion: Hypoxia is the main factor that leads to various complications of the hearts and lungs of lung cancer patients after operation. The heart and lung commplications can effectively be lowered if patients inhale oxygen continuously for 72 hours after operation.
