| 摘 要： | 目的了解出院高血压病人的遵医行为及家庭访视对其遵医行为的影响。方法将120例出院病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,病人出院后对观察组进行家庭访视,对照组未实施干预。6个月后评价两组病人遵医情况及血压控制情况。结果观察组病人遵医情况和血压控制均优于对照组。结论家庭访视可提高出院高血压病人的遵医行为,并有效控制血压。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the hypertension patients'compliance after they leave the hospital and the effect of family visit on their compliance.Methods 120 hypertension patients were divided into two groups.Family visit was provided for the patients in the experiment group(n=60),while no special intervention was given for the patients in the control group(n=60).Then the data of pa- tients'compliance and status of blood pressure control were collected after 6 months.Result The patients'compliance and the status of blood pressure control in the experiment group were both significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion Family visit could promote the hypertension patients'compliance and facilitate them to control their blood pressure effectively after they leave the hospital. |
