| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响老年糖尿病患者治疗依从性的原因及对策。方法选择我区120例老年糖尿病患者,随机分为健康教育组和对照组,比较两组的治疗依从性及治疗效果。结果健康教育组治疗依从性及血糖控制均优于对照组。结论对老年糖尿病患者应加强健康教育,提高其治疗依从性,对提高治疗效果大有益处。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the reason and strategy of compliance of old man with diabetes. Methods One hundred twenty old patients with diabetes were randomly divided into health education group and control group, The therapeutic compliance and effect of the two groups were compared. Results The therapeutic compliance and the level of blood glucose of the health education group was better than that of control group respectively. Conclusion Health education should be conducted to old patients with diabetes to improve the therapeutic compliance , and it is beneficial to improving the therapeutic effect. |
