摘    要:目的:了解小儿烧伤发生的流行病学特征,以减少或防止小儿烧伤的发生。方法:回顾性分析我院2001年11月至2006年10月收治的1079例1 d至14岁小儿烧伤患者的好发年龄、致伤因子、烧伤部位、地点、好发月份和患儿家庭及监护人情况。结果:小儿烧伤1-4岁发生率最高(59.97%);致伤原因主要是热液(73.21%);烧伤部位以四肢和头、面、颈居多(63.28%);受伤地点大多在家中(88.32%);炎热的5-8月和寒冷的12-1月发生率最高;烧伤发生时大人大多在现场(91.10%)。结论:小儿烧伤主要是监护人的疏忽大意和照顾不周所致。提高监护人的安全意识和对热源的妥善管理,加强科学卫生知识宣传、普及,为小儿提供一个安全、健康的活动场所,是防止或减少小儿烧伤发生的有效措施。

Abstract:Objective:To study the epidemiology feature of child burn,so as to prevent and decrease the occurrence of it.Methods: The frequently-occurring ages and moon,the causal factors,the positions and places of burn,the condition of family and guardian when burn and scald happened in 1079(1 day~14 ages) child ren with burn admitted from Nov 2001 to Oct 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The incidence of child burn that had been the most at 1~4 ages(59.97%),hot liquid was the most causal factor(73.21%),the tour limbs and head、face、neck exposed were the most positions(63.28%),family was the most place of burn(88.32%),The most months were May~Aug.in summer and Dec.~Jan.in winter a year,and the guardian by child side(91.10%) when burn happened.Conclusion: The child burn is caused principally by guardian's carelessness and careless for child.The effective measures that will prevent and decrease the child burn are to improve safety consciousness and careful manage on heat source with adult,strengthen propagating and popularizing about science and health knowledge,supply a safety and health place exercised with child.
