疝补片的外科应用

在普外科临床工作中，应用人工材料行无张力疝修补术，已成为修补腹股沟疝及其他疝的主要方式。经资料显示，无张力疝修补术具有术后疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少、复发率低等优点。人工材料多为聚丙烯材料，具有柔软性好，有非常高的张力强度，抗感染，组织相溶性好等特点。应用疝补片行无张力疝修补术为临床提供了很好的手术方式，特别是对一些老年疝（合并心肺或泌尿系疾病）巨大疝、复杂疝、复发疝等手术均能取得很好的效果。手术方式以及应用疝补片材料、样式应根据疝的类型，在不同的情况下选择不同的修补方法和材料。
