人工心脏——直叶片非搏动流单心室辅助泵

摘    要:尽管搏动流叶轮式辅助泵和伞人工心脏叶轮泵的研制,以及流线型叶轮叶片的应用取得了进展,但是到现在为止最佳的结果是直叶片非搏动流单心室辅助泵取得的。之前按仿生原理所做的所有努力似乎是徒劳的,文章回顾过去25年里人工心脏研究与发展中的一些重要成就,并且与读者分享作者的经验。

Abstract:Research addressing pulsatile impeller pump and impeller total heart, as well as the application of streamlined impeller vanes had made progress, however, until now, the best results in application of artificial heart pumps have been achieved by nonpulsatile univentricular assist pump with straight impeller vanes. It seems that all efforts have been done in vain because artificial heart rejects. This paper recalls some important achievements in research and development of artificial heart in past 25 years and shares author's experiences with the readers.
