半枝莲的化学成分

摘    要:目的:对黄芩属植物半枝莲Scutellaria barbataD.Don全草的抗肿瘤活性部位(三氯甲烷萃取物)的化学成分进行分离、鉴定。方法:采用反复硅胶、LH-20葡聚糖凝胶等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定与谱学分析鉴定其化学结构。结果:得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为木犀草素(1),柚皮素(2)、半枝莲酸(3),2,4-二羟基苯甲酸(4),香豆酸乙酯(5),β-谷甾醇(6),胡萝卜苷(7)。结论:化合物4、5为首次从半枝莲中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical Methods: Compounds were isolated by chromatograph constituents of antitumor active part of Scutellaria barbata D. Don. y on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results: Seven compounds were obtained and their structures were identified as luteolin ( 1 ), naringenin (2), scutellaric acid (3), 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (4), p-coumaric acid acetate (5),β-sitosterol(6), daucosterol(7). Conclusion: Compounds 4 and 5 were isolated from S. barbata for the first time.
