| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨口腔扁平苔癣中是否存在人乳头瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）感染。方法：采用免疫组化及ＰＣＲ技术在蛋白质和ＤＮＡ两个水平对病毒感染进行了分析。结果：免疫组化染色未能发现口腔扁平苔癣中有乳头瘤病毒感染；而ＰＣＲ技术证实１８例中有８例扁平苔癣有ＨＰＶ感染。结论：ＨＰＶ感染与口腔扁平苔癣有一定相关性

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze human papillomavirus infection in oral lichen planus.Methods:Immunohistochemistry and PCR techniques were used to examine HPV infection at protein and gene level in oral lichen planus.Results:No positive HPV infection was found in 18 of oral lichen planus by immunostaining,but HPV DNA sequence was detected in 8 of 18 cases by PCR.Conclusion:HPV was involved in the development of oral lichen planus. |
