CA242、P53和P185蛋白在胃癌及癌前病变中的表达及其意义

目的 探讨CA242、P53和P185蛋白在胃癌及癌前病变中的表达及其意义。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测120例胃癌、30例不典型增生和20例正常胃黏膜组织中CA242、P53和P185蛋白表达，并结合肿瘤的临床病理特征和临床随访资料分析。结果 在胃癌中，CA242、P53和P185蛋白表达阳性率分别为79.2%（95/120），68.3%（82/120）和51.7%（62/120），均明显高于不典型增生和正常胃黏膜（P〈0.05）。CA242、P53和P185表达均与胃癌浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移和患者预后相关（P〈0.05）。结论 CA242、P53和P185表达与胃癌发生、转移和患者生存期密切相关，检测其蛋白表达可作为判断胃癌预后的参考指标。

Expression and significance of CA242,P53 and P185 protein in gastric carcinomas and its precancerous lesions

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CA242, P53 and P185 in gastric carcinomas(GC) and its precancerous lesions. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CA242, P53 and P185 protein in 120 cases of GC,30 cases of dysplasia(DL) and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa(NGM).The pathological behavior and clinical follow-up of GC were analyzed. Results The positive rates of CA242, P53 and P185 in GC [79.2%(95/120),68.3%(82/120) and 51.7%(62/120), respectively] were higher than that in DL and NGM(P<0.05). The expression of CA242, P53 and P185 was positively correlated to the serosa infiltration, lymph node metastasis and prognosis of GC(P<0.05). Conclusion The CA242, P53 and P185 expression is closely related to the potential of cogenesis,metastasis and survival rate in GC, and could be prognostic indicators of GC.
