无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟斜疝的30例临床疗效分析

目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟斜疝的临床疗效及复发情况。方法将本院收治的60例老年腹股沟斜疝患者随机分为实验组和对照组,分别施行无张力疝修补术和传统疝修补术,比较两组患者的手术时间、术后VAS评分、术后并发症发生率及术后2年的复发率。结果实验组手术时间、术后VAS评分、术后并发症发生率及术后2年的复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟斜疝临床疗效肯定,且具有手术时间短、并发症少、术后疼痛轻、复发率低等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Tension-free Hernia Repair in Treatment of 30 Cases of Senile Indirect Inguinal Hernia

Objective Analysis of tension-free hernia repair in elderly inguinal hernia clinical efficacy and recurrence.Methods The hospital treated 60 cases of elderly inguinal hernia patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Respectively treated with tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernia repair.Comparing the two groups of patients with operation time,postoperative VAS score,the incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative recurrence rate in 2 years.Results The experimental group operation time,postoperative VAS score,the incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative 2 year recurrence rates were significantly lower than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of tension-free hernioplasty in elderly inguinal hernia clinical curative effect,and has a shorter operation time,less complication,less postoperative pain,the recurrence rate is low advantage,it is worthy of clinical application.
