开展模拟场景技能训练对护生综合护理能力的影响

摘    要:目的观察比较不同场景下的技能训练对提高护生综合护理能力的影响。方法将我院10级护理本科1班和2个班学生作为被试对象,前者设为研究班,后者设为对照班。两个班实践技能综合训练课题均为:心肌梗死的护理抢救;内容均规定为:负责指挥和病情观察、吸氧、肌内注射、静脉输液、护理记录与心理和康复指导五项操作技能;具体的方式:对照班采用传统的技能训练模式,即利用模型人在一般示教室进行技能训练。训练步骤为教师讲学生听,教师演示学生看,学生练习教师看。研究班则采用我院引进的高仿真模拟系统设计仿真模拟场景进行技能训练。教学环节包括:学生分组与课时安排;病例与仿真模拟情景的设计;模拟场景技能训练步骤:①理论讲授;②操作演练;③实践教学反馈。两个班护生的实践技能训练均为90min。课程结束后进行整体教学评价与比较。最后的统计指标是五项操作得分相加后的平均分,共三个等级即:成绩85~100分为优,65~84分为良,<65分为差。两组学生的综合技能整体情况采用百分比计算。组间比较采用χ2检验。结果两个班护生在不同场景下实施训练后的综合技能整体提高情况比较具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),研究班学生综合技能优良率高于对照班。结论开展模拟场景技能训练可有效地促进、提高、完善护生综合护理能力。

Abstract:Objective To observe and compare the different scenarios skills training on integrated care ability of nursing students.Methods Our hospital 10 undergraduate nursing classes and two classes of students as a test object,the former is set to study class,which is set to control classes.The two classes of practical skills training topics are: the myocardial infarction Care rescue;contents are defined as: responsible for command and condition observation,oxygen,intramuscular injection,intravenous infusion,nursing records,and psychological and rehabilitation guidance five operating skills;specific ways: using traditional skills training mode control classes,namely the use of the model in general shows classroom skills training.Training steps for teachers talk about students listen,teachers demonstrates students see teachers see students practice.Research class,students are introduced to our hospital simulation system design simulation scenarios skills training.Teaching links include: grouping of students and teaching arrangements;cases with the design of simulation scenarios;the simulation scenarios skills training steps: ① theory taught;② operating drills;③ practice teaching feedback.Two classes of care Students practical skills training in 90 minutes.After the end of the course overall teaching evaluation and comparison.Finally,the statistical indicators is the average of the sum of the five operating score a total of three levels: grades 85 to 100 is divided into excellent,65 to 84 are divided into benign,65 is poor.The comprehensive skills overall situation of the two groups of students calculated as a percentage.Groups were compared using the χ2 test.Results The two classes of nursing students in the different scenarios the overall comprehensive skills training to improve a very significant difference(P0.01),excellent research students skills higher than the control class.Conclusion to carry out simulation scenarios skills training can effectively promote,improve,improve the ability of the comprehensive care of the nursing students.
