某院剖宫产患者围手术期抗菌药物使用分析

目的了解剖宫产围手术期预防应用抗菌药物情况,评价其合理性。方法采用回顾性调查方法,随机抽取我院2012年1-6月剖宫产手术出院病历300份,对剖宫产围手术期用药品种及频度、用药时间等情况进行分析。结果 300例剖宫产患者围手术期抗菌药物预防使用率为100%,共涉及5类11种,单用比例为78.3%,联合用药率为21.7%。结论我院剖宫产患者围手术期抗菌药物的预防使用仍存在不合理处,医院应进一步加强围手术期抗菌药物的使用管理,确保安全合理用药。

Prophylactic Use of Antibiotics in 300 women Undergoing Caesarean Section

Objective To investigate the propylactics use of antibiotics in women undergoing caesarean section,and provide basis for rational use of antibiotic prophylaxis.Methods By adopting the retrospextive survey method,the medical records of 300cases of cesarean section in a ceatain area from January to June 2012 were randomly extracted and analyzed on the drug categories,durgation of medication,drug combination,etc.Results In 300 cases of cesarean section patients with peri operation period of antimicrobial prophylaxis use rate of 100%,involving a total of 5 class 11,with ratio of 78.3%,combined medication rate of 21.7%.Conclusion There is irrational prophylactic use of antibiotics in Cesarean section.Necessary adiustments should be made according to relevant principles of antibiotics applccation
