阴式子宫肌瘤剜除术50例临床分析

摘    要:目的探究经阴道子宫肌瘤剜除术(TVM)的手术方式、手术的优点、手术相对适应证,禁忌证。方法收集2011年6月至2012年6月我院收治的无盆腔手术史要求子宫肌瘤剜除术的患者,根据手术方式不同分为阴式子宫肌瘤剜除术50例作观察组及进腹子宫肌瘤剜除术45例作对照组,对其手术时间、术中出血、术后疼痛、肛门排气时间、术后住院时间作回顾性分析。结果两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者的术后疼痛轻微,肛门排气时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TVM具有创伤小、恢复快、经自然通道,不需复杂器械,经济、不需切开伤腹壁损伤美观等优点。是安全可行的手术方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the vaginal uterine myoma enucleation(TVM) surgery,the advantages of the surgery,the surgery relative indications,contraindications.Methods From June 2011 June 2012 in our hospital,no history of pelvic surgery requires Myomectomy surgery patients,divided into 50 cases,vaginal uterine myoma enucleation for the observation group according to the different surgical approaches and into the abdominal enucleation of uterine fibroids in addition to surgery 45 for the control group,operative time,blood loss,postoperative pain,anal exhaust time,postoperative hospital stay were analyzed retrospectively.Results Two groups of patients,operative time,blood loss differences were not statistically significant(P 0.05) observed the group of patients with minor postoperative pain,flatus,length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P 0.01).Conclusion TVM with less trauma,quicker recovery,the natural channel,without complex equipment,economic,and do not need to cut the injured abdominal wall injury aesthetic advantages.Is safe and feasible surgical methods.
