内镜下卢戈液染色对早期食道癌的诊断价值

目的 探讨卢戈碘液染色对提高早期食道癌诊断率的临床应用.方法 将普通内镜下怀疑早期食道癌的214例患者按随机数字表法分为2组,每组107例.碘染色组采用2%卢戈碘液约10 mL均匀喷洒于病灶及周围黏膜,在染色异常的黏膜部位定位进行4～6点活检送病理检查;对照组常规内镜检查后对可疑病灶加以活检送病理检查.结果 碘染色组诊断为早期食管癌患者15例,诊断率为14.0% (15/107),对照组诊断为早期食管癌患者3例,诊断率为2.8%(3/107).2组诊断率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 卢戈碘液染色能使黏膜结构更加清晰、更加立体化、更加明确,对病变定位和目的 性活检有很大的帮助,能大大提高活检的阳性率,且操作简便、安全,在基层医院有较高的应用价值.

Diagnostic Value of Endoscopic Lugol's Iodine Staining in Early Esophageal Cancer
