胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠血浆6-酮-前列腺素F1α和血栓素B2的影响

摘    要:目的]探讨胃炎饮对实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠血浆6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)和血栓素B2(TXB2)水平的影响。方法]采用自制反流液灌胃建立实验性胆汁反流性胃炎大鼠模型,以多潘立酮为对照,观察胃炎饮对大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学和血浆6-Keto-PGF1α。TXB2水平的影响。结果]模型组大鼠胃黏膜出现明显破损、脱落,黏膜下可见大量炎细胞浸润,大部分大鼠胃黏膜可见不典型增生和肠上皮化生,同时血浆6-Keto-PGF1α水平明显下降,TXB2水平明显上升(P〈0.01);与模型组比较,各治疗组均可明显改善大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学变化,升高6-Keto-PGF1α水平,降低TXB2水平(P〈0.01,〈0.05)。结论]胃炎饮可调节血浆6-Keto-PGF1α和TXB2水平,提高胃黏膜血流量,加强胃黏膜的黏液-碳酸氢盐屏障,减轻反流液对胃黏膜的损伤。

Abstract:Objective]To observe the effect of Weiyanyin on 6-Keto-prostaglandin-1α(6-Keto- PGF-1α) and thromboxane B-2(TXB-2)in blood plasma of experiment bile reflux gastritis rats. Methods]The model of experiment bile reflux gastritis was made by drinking reflux liquid. Com- pared with Domperidone, the effect of Weiyanyin on Pathological histology, the 6-Keto-PGF-1α and TXB-2 in blood plasma of bile reflux gastritis rats were observed. Results] The mucosa of rats in model group was damaged,amotic,and a lot of inflammatory cell cglandular organ hyperplasy and intestinal metaplasia ould be seen in most of rats; At the same time the content of the 6- Keto-PGF-1α were decreased and TXB-2 increased(P〈0. 01) ;Compared with model group, Weiyanyin could improve pathological histology of experiment bile reflux gastritis rats, increase the content of 6-Keto-PGF- 1α and decrease the content of TXB-2 (P〈 0. 01). Condasion] Weiyanyin can regulate the content of 6-Keto-PGF-1α and TXB-2, improve gastric mucosal blood flow and protect mucosal of experiment bile reflux gastritis rats effectively.
