| 摘 要： | 目的分析初治急性髓系白血病（AML）P-糖蛋白（P-gp）及细胞表面分化抗原的表达。方法应用流式细胞术对81例初治AML患者进行P-gp及免疫表型的检测。结果 AML中P-gp的阳性表达率为39.5%,CD34为51.9%,Ly＋AML为22.2%,其中CD7阳性率最高,为12.3%。P-gp与CD34均与预后为负相关（P〈0.05）,Ly＋AML与Ly-AML的完全缓解（CR）率无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。P-gp＋组中CD34的表达显著高于P-gp-组（P〈0.01）,其它中晚期抗原表达无统计学差异。P-gp与CD34协同表达则CR率更低（26.1%vs 82.7%）。结论 P-gp的过度表达与CD34相关,P-gp＋/CD34＋的AML属于一种预后不良的临床亚型。

| Abstract: | Aim To explore the relationship and significance between P-glycoprotein(P-gp) and cell surface differentiation antigens in acute myeloid leukemiqa(AML) patients.Methods FCM was used to detect the expression of P-glycoprotein and immunophenotype in 81 de novo AML patients.Results The positive rates of P-gp,CD34 and Ly+ in 81 AML paients were 39.5%,51.9% and 22.2% respectirely.Compared to other surface antigens,CD7(12.3%) was the common one in Ly+ AML.P-gp and CD34 were negative correlation with prognosis in ... |
