补肺汤对肺气虚模型大鼠肠神经系统神经递质的影响

摘    要:目的]观察肺气虚模型大鼠P物质(substance P,SP)、血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal polypeptide,VIP)和一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)的改变,探讨其在肠道动力异常病理生理机制中的作用。方法]将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组(对照组)、肺气虚模型组(模型组)、补肺汤治疗组(治疗组),每组20只。模型组造模同时每天给予蒸馏水灌胃,治疗组造模同时给予补肺汤灌胃。造模结束后检测大鼠血浆VIP、血清NO水平,结肠组织SP含量。结果]模型组大鼠VIP、NO水平显著高于对照组,SP含量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);经药物干预后,治疗组大鼠VIP、NO水平较模型组显著降低,SP水平较模型组显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论]肺气虚模型大鼠肠道动力学的异常受肠神经系统分泌的(兴奋性/抑制性)神经递质的介导和调控;补益肺气法通过调控神经递质水平能促进肠道动力恢复。
