| 摘 要： | 目的：了解新兵心理健康状况及其与新兵适应性间的关系．方法：2007-01，应用SCL-90量表对某部325名新兵进行心理测试分析．结果：新兵SCL-90各因子得分显著低于中国人（18～29岁）常模、中国军人常模和中国新兵常模，各因子得分差别均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．新兵的适应性受新兵的文化程度、是否独生子女、父母收入水平及训练成绩影响．结论：新兵心理健康状况总体良好．经过心理检测的新兵整体适应性明显好于往年未经过心理检测的新兵．
