2003年我院门诊泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况及药敏分析

目的为了解来我院诊治的泌尿生殖道解脲支原体(UU)和人型支原体(MH)的感染状况及其对抗生素的敏感性.方法应用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏试剂盒,对2003年2305例可疑支原体感染患者的泌尿生殖道标本进行UU和MH的检测,并测定其对9种常用抗生素的敏感性.结果检出830例支原体阳性者,检出率为36.01%,其中UU、MH及UU、MH混合感染者分别占90.84%、1.33%及7.83%.UU对交沙霉素最敏感,其次为米诺环素及多西环素,MH对交沙霉素最敏感,其次为多西环素、克林霉素及米诺环素,UU合并MH感染者对9种抗生素均存在不同程度耐药.结论昆明地区UU、MH对抗生素的敏感性已发生了较大的变迁,UU合并MH混合感染者已出现多重耐药.

Analysis of mycoplasmas in patients with urogenital infection and their sensitivity to antibioties in our hospital,2003

Objective:To detect Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and Myc op lasma hominis(MH)in patients with urogenital infection and analyse their sensiti vity to antibiotics in Kunming area.Method:Using mycoplasma culture,identificati on and sensitivity testing reagent box,2305 urogenital specimens were detected f or UU,MH and their sensitivity to 9 antibiotics.Results 830 cases were mycoplasm a positive and its positive rate was 36.01%.The positive rates of UU,MH and UU wi th MH were respectively 90.84%,1.33% and 7.83%.The result of sensitivity showed that UU was most sensitive to Josamycin,and more sensitive to Minco and Doxycycl ine;MH was most sensitive to Josamycin,and more sensitive to Doxycycline,Clindam ycin and Minco;UU with MH was resistant to all the 9 antibiotics.Conclusion :In Kunming,sensitivity of UU and MH to antibiotics changed a lot;UU with MH was resistant to multiantibiotics.
