我院2008年肿瘤药房中成药用药分析

目的：了解2008年我院肿瘤药房中成药的应用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：利用医院信息系统数据库，检索我院肿瘤药房2008年中成药的使用数据，对用药金额、用药频度、日均费用进行统计分析。结果：我院肿瘤药房2008年使用的中成药品种有69个，其中注射剂销售金额为436．54万元，占总销售金额的62．23％；销售金额排序前3位的中成药是复方苦参注射液（247．91万元）、康艾注射液（134．43万元）、槐耳颗粒（63盘5万元）；DDDs排序前3位的中成药是复方苦参注射液、施保利通片和槐耳颗粒，康艾注射液和金龙胶囊的DDC值居前2位。结论：我院肿瘤药房2008年用药情况基本符合我院肿瘤专科病区的用药特点，复方苦参注射液、槐耳颗粒应用较广泛。

Analysis of Chinese patent drugs for cancer in our hospital in 2008

Objective： To investigate the application of Chinese patent drugs for cancer in our hospital to provide reference for rational drug use. Methods： Data regarding the use of Chinese patent drugs for cancer in our hospital in 2008 were retrieved by means of hospital network information system.The annual consumption sum, DDDs, daily consumption sum were analyzed. Results： Sixty-nine species of Chinese patent drugs for cancer were used in our hospital in 2008, and the consumption sum of injections was 4.365 4 millions yuan, accounting for 62.23% in total consumption sum. The top three Chinese patent drugs were compound matrine injection （2.479 1 millions yuan）, Kang＇ai injection （1.344 3 millions yuan）, Huaier granules （638.5 thousands yuan） in terms of consumption sum. The top three Chinese patent drugs were compound matrine injection, esberitox tablet, and Huaier granules in terms of DDDs. DDC values of Kang＇ai injection and Jinlong capsule ranked the top two. Conclusion： The use of Chinese patent drugs in our hospital was basically rational.
