阿托伐他汀对血脂正常患者心律失常的影响

目的探讨阿托伐他汀对心律失常合并血脂正常患者的临床疗效。方法将该院2010年9月—2013年2月收治的120例心律失常合并血脂正常患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予安慰剂;观察组在常规治疗基础上给予阿托伐他汀治疗。两组均连续治疗6个月,观察对两组患者的心血管事件发生率进行观察;检测两组患者治疗前后血脂的变化。结果观察组心血管事件发生率均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后观察组血脂水平两组变化差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀治疗血脂正常患者心律失常的临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

The Effect of Atorvastatin on Arrhythmia Patients with Normal Blood Lipid

Objective To study the efficacy of Atorvastatin on arrhythmia patients with normal blood lipid.Methods 120 cases of arrhythmia patients with normal blood lipid admitted in our hospital from September,2010 to February,2013 were divided into control group and observation group randomly with 60 patients in each.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was given placebo and the observation group was given Atorvastatin.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The incidence of cardiovascular events,such as ventricular tachycardia,ventricular flutter,ventricular fibrillation,atrial fibrillation and so on of the groups were observed and blood lipid of the groups was detected before and after treatment.Results The incidences of cardiovascular events of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.And there were no statistical differences in lipid levels between the groups after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Atorvastatin has good efficacy in treating arrhythmia patients with normal blood lipid,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
