KLK7蛋白及E-钙黏蛋白在卵巢癌中的表达及意义

目的：探讨KLK7蛋白和E-钙黏蛋白（E-cad）在卵巢癌中的表达。方法：应用免疫组化法检测40例卵巢癌中KLK7蛋白和E-cad的表达,将二者的表达情况与临床指标的关系进行统计分析。结果：（1）KLK7蛋白和E-cad在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与患者年龄、组织类型无关;随着临床分期增高、组织分化降低、患者手术时有淋巴结或大网膜转移和腹腔液中有癌细胞,KLK7蛋白的阳性表达率呈上升趋势（P〈0.05）,而E-cad的阳性表达率呈下降趋势（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;（2）在卵巢癌中KLK7蛋白和E-cad表达呈负相关（P〈0.05）。结论：KLK7蛋白在卵巢癌中呈高表达,E-cad则正好相反,二者与卵巢癌的侵袭转移有关,可为评估预后的有效指标;KLK7蛋白和E-cad在卵巢癌组中表达呈负相关,在卵巢癌侵袭转移中可能存在拮抗效应。

Expression and clinical significance of KLK7 and E-cadherin proteins in ovarian carcinoma

Objective：To investigate the expression of KLK7 and E-cadherin （E-cad） proteins in ovarian cancer.Methods：The mmunohistochemistry technique was used to detect the expression of KLK7 and E-cad in 40 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer,and the statistical analysis was used for the relationship between the expression and the clinicopathological features of KLK7 and E-cad in ovarian cancer.Results：（1） KLK7 protein and E-cad in epithelial ovarian cancer showed no relation to patient＇s age and the tissue type.With clinical stage increasing,the histological differentiation was decreased,and surgery showed that in patients with lymph node metastasis,omentum transfer or cancer cells in the peritoneal fluid,the KLK7 positive expression rate was increased（P0.05）,while the E-cad positive expression rate was decreased（P0.05/P0.01）.（2） KLK7 protein was negatively correlated with E-cad in ovarian carcinoma.Conclusion：KLK7 was negatively correlated with E-cad expression in ovarian cancer invasion and metastasis,both showing an antagonistic effect.
