| 摘 要： | 对反复自然流产２次或２次以上的５０２对夫妇进行外周血培养Ｇ显带染色体核型分析。发现异常核型５２例，占５．１８％；其中平衡易位３８例，占７３．０８％；染色体数目异常５例，占９．６２％；嵌合体８例，占１５．３８％；９号染色体臂间倒位１例，占１．９２％。结果表明，平衡易位携带者是反复自然流产夫妇中最常见的染色体异常，故流产史是检出人群中平衡易位携带者的重要临床指征。

| Abstract: | There were 502 cases of couples whose wife suffered from two or more times spontaneous abortions.These cases were analyzed by using the technique of G-banding chromosome karyotype after culturing the peripheral blood cells. Among these, there were 52 cases of heterokaryotype(5. 18%) .Tlirity eight balanced translocations(73. 68%),five aberrations( 9.62%), eight mosaic (15. 38%) and one poricentric inversion in chromosome 9(1.92%) . The result shows thatbalanced translocation carrier is the commonest chromosome abnormality in the couples wliose wife suffered from recurrent spontaneous abortion. In order to find the balanced translocation carrier in human beings, the previousabortion history is an important clinical indication. |
