摘    要:用光敏生物素标记的柯萨奇 B_3病毒 cDNA 探针,与云南病区20例经临床和病理检查确诊为亚急型克山病的心肌组织切片进行原位核酸杂交,以检测柯萨奇 B 组病毒 RNA。结果有18例出现阳性杂交信号,阳性率达90%。说明云南亚急型克山病心肌组织中有柯萨奇 B 组病毒 RNA 的存在。提示云南亚急型克山病的发生与柯萨奇 B 组病毒的持续感染密切相关。

Abstract:We performed in-situ hybrisization to examine RNA of Coxsackie virus B (CVB) in myocardial paraffin samplesfrom 20 patient with subacute Keshan disease (SKD) in Yunnan province with CVB3 cDNA probe to demonstratethe biological cause of SKD in Yunnan province.Results of 18 myocardial tissue sections were found with brownpositive hybrid signal,focally distributed randomly,while the normal myocardial tissue sections were not done withsuch a signal but clean background.It was suggested that there might be CVB RNA in myocardial tissues of SKD inYunnan province,and the development of SKD in Yunnan province may be related with persistent infection ofCVB.
