革新护理用具以促进基础护理质量提高

目的 改革、引进新型实用护理用具,推进临床护理工作的进步.方法 成立护理用具装备研讨小组,定期收集、讨论、分析护理用具应用进展,制定年度经费预算及实施计划,对引进及研制改革的护理用具推广应用,跟踪评估其使用效果.结果 护理用具管理系统化、规范化,基础护理质量明显提高.结论 护理用具的改革创新不但是衡量护理人员业务水平和创新精神的依据,也是促进护理专业发展的基础.

Innovation of nursing equipment results in promotion of basic nursing quality

Objective To achieve safety management of patients, simplify nursing work process and improve work efficiency, the reform and introduction of new practical nursing devices becomes significant measurements for advancing clinical nursing work.
