术前心理干预对老年患者围手术期的心理影响

目的:研究及探讨在术前访视时,提高交流技巧,并针对老年患者的心理特点进行心理干预的效果.方法:随机将100例老年手术患者分为术前访视组(实验组,n=50)及未行术前访视组(对照组,n=50).对术前访视组的患者行术前访视,针对老年患者的心理特点,全面评估其心理状况,进行心理干预.发放调查表,对两组患者进入手术室时的心理状态及术后成功满意度进行比较分析.结果:行术前访视的老年人进入手术室时的心理状态显著好转,持合作态度,血压平稳,术后对手术成功的满意度显著提高.结论:积极的术前访视,良好的交流技巧,可以改善老年患者术前的心理状态,增强患者对手术的信心,使病人能更好的配合手术,以便手术的顺利完成,减少并发症的发生.

Psychological Intervention on Elderly Patients Before Operation

Objecitve: To study the features of psychology in elderly patients and then we take intervention by visitting and perfect communication before operation.Method: 100 cases elderly patients were divided into experiment group(N=50) and control group(n=50) ranolomly,And then evaluate the psychology,take pyscological intervention according to the charateristic in elderly patients.Compare the psychology during the courses of taking into the operating room and satisfaction for surgery.Result: The visited elderly patients was satisfied with operation,with good mood and stable blood pressure.Conclusion: Active visitting before surgery,perfect communication can improve the psychology,enhance the confidence for the disease,reduce the complication.
