还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)对老年急性心梗后早期心功能的影响

目的 :探讨还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)对老年人急性心肌梗塞后 2周内左心室功能的影响。方法 :2 3例老年急性心梗患者随机分为两组 ,采用多普勒超声心动图观察 13例GSH治疗组 2周后左心室功能状况 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :GSH治疗组的心搏量 (SV)、心输出量 (CO)、心脏指数 (CI)、射血分数 (EF)及平均左室周边缩短率 (mVcf)均高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但心室快速充盈期与心房收缩期血流速度比值 (E/A)两组间无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :还原型谷胱甘肽早期治疗老年急性心肌梗塞对改善左心室收缩功能有益

The Effect of Reduced Glutathione(GSH) on Heart Function in Elderly with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective:To investigate the effect of reduced glutathione (GSH) on left heart function in elderly patients two weeks after acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Twenty-three cases of acute myocardial infarction ages of 65 or older were randomly divided into two groups.Thirteen patients were treated with GSH for 2 weeks immediately after admission,and 10 were the control.Left heart function of all the patients were assessed by two dimensional echocardiography and Doppler.Results:The stroke volume (SV),cardiac output (CO),cardiac index (CI),ejection fraction (EF)and mVcf were significantly increased in GSH treated group (all P <0 05) whereas the ratio of E/A showed no significant change among the two groups ( P >0 05).Conclusions:Treatment with reduced glutathione (GSH) in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction has beneficial effect on left ventricular function.
