| 摘 要： | 目的:评价术中经食管超声心动图(TEE)在心脏瓣膜成形、置换术中的临床价值。方法:对97例心脏瓣膜手术的患者予以TEE术中监测。结果:32例行二尖瓣成形术,22例行二尖瓣置换术,24例行主动脉瓣置换术,19例行二尖瓣和主动脉瓣置换术,全组无1例死亡。结论:TEE在术中能即时判断心脏瓣膜成形、置换术的效果,并找出失败原因。TEE在心脏瓣膜成形、置换术中具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography （TEE） in cardiac valve repair or replacement. Methods lntraoperative TEE was performed in 97 patients with cardiac valve insufficiency. Resluts Among them 32 patients underwent mitral vavle repair, 22 patients underwent mitral vavle replacement, 24 patients underwent aortic replacement and 19 patient underwent mitral and aortic replacement. No operative death occurred. Conclusion Intraoperation TEE can identify immediately the effect of cardiac valve repair and replacement and mechanisms of failure. The clinical value of TEE was important in cardiac valve repair or replacement. |
