摘    要:基质金属蛋白酶9是降解细胞外基质的重要蛋白酶之一,组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂1是基质金属蛋白酶9的天然抑制剂。二者的比值决定细胞外基质是否处于平衡状态的重要影响因素,故二者在急性呼吸窘迫综合征的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用,是近年急性呼吸窘迫综合征研究的热点之一。

Abstract:Metalloprotease-9 (MMP-9) is the major enzymes degradating extracellular matrix. Matrix metalloprotease inhibitor-1 ( TIMP-1 ) is one of its natural inhibitors. The MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio is one of the major factors, which determine whether the extracellular matrix were in balanced condition. And it has become one of the hotspots in the research of acute respiratory distress syndrome( ARDS), and played an important effect in the development of ARDS.
