金属离子对复方洗必泰漱口液抑菌效果的影响研究

摘    要:目的:考察金属离子对复方洗必泰漱口液抑菌效果的影响,筛选合适的金属离子络合剂以提高制剂稳定性。方法:采用连续稀释法测定制剂的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)以及最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:当处方中铁离子(Fe3+)、钠离子(Na+)浓度分别大于10-7、10-6mol.L-1时,复方洗必泰漱口液的MIC和MBC值明显增加。在处方中加入0.5mol.L-1酒石酸,可有效地避免金属离子的影响。结论:微量Fe3+及Na+可使复方洗必泰漱口液抑菌作用下降,在处方中加入适量酒石酸可保持其抑菌效果。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of metal ions on the germicidal efficacy of compound chlorhexidine gargle and to optimize suitable complexing agent for metal ions so as to enhance the stability of preparation.METHODS:The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC)of the preparation were determined by serial dilution method.RESULTS:The MIC and MBC of the compound chlorhexidine gargle increased significantly if the concentrations of Fe3+ and Na+ were more than 10-7mol·L-1 and 10-6mol·L-1 respectively,however,the effects of metal ions could be effectively avoided if 0.5mol·L-1 tartaric acid was added.CONCLUSION:Microamount metal ions can bring down the germicidal efficacy of the compound chlorhexidine gargle,while which can be maintained by adding suitable quantity of tartaric acid.
