| Abstract: | The authors report a case of Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) involving the bone marrow of a patient with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). The morphologic features, differential diagnosis, immunostaining pattern, and unusually low frequency of marrow involvement by AIDS-related KS are discussed. |
