终末糖基化产物在糖尿病微血管病变中的作用

摘    要:终末糖基化产物(AGEs)是持续高血糖状态下多种蛋白质非酶糖基化反应的终末产物。现在研究认为AGEs通过非受体依赖途径和受体途径,引起微血管基底膜增厚,促进血管内血栓形成及与AGEs受体结合后引起慢性细胞活化作用、组织损伤及血管舒张功能的降低等,从而导致肾小球硬化、肾脏肥大、视网膜水肿、视网膜出血、微血管瘤形成和血管阻塞等。阿司匹林、赖氨酸、氨基胍等药物能够抑制AGEs的合成,为糖尿病并发症的治疗提供有意义的线索。

Abstract:The advanced glycation end products(AGEs) is the end products of many proteins after the non-enzymatic glycation reaction during continuous hyperglycosemia. Recent studies showed that AGEs not only Results in the increasion of microvascular basal membrane and promotes intravascular thrombogenesis by non-receptor depending pathway or receptor pathway,but also can result in glomerular sclerosis,kidney hypertrophy,retinal edema,retinal hemorrhage,mucroaneurysm,angiemphraxis and so on by chronic cell activation,tissue injury,decreased vasodilatation and so on resulting from binding of AGEs with its receptors. Many drugs including aspirin,lysine,aminoguanidine and so on can inhibit the synthesis of AGEs and provide significant clue to treat complication of DM.
