| 摘 要： | 本文应用经食道心房调搏法,对6例有PSVT病史患者进行诱发和终止PSVT的研究。其中,4例经食道心房调搏成功地诱发和终止PSVT;另2例经静脉注射阿托品2mg后再超速起搏而诱发PSVT,但此法未能终止PSVT,改用药物治疗而终止。发现2例有DAVNP,表明其PSVT的机理是由于房室结内折返所致。

| Abstract: | six patients with the history of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT)were studied by the method of transesophageal atrial pacing in order to induce and terminate PSVT. In 4 patients the PSVT were successfully induced and terminated by transesophageal atril pacing. In other 2 patients, the PSVT, induced by esophageal atrial pacing after intravenous administration of 2mg atropine, could not be terminated by overdriving pacing, but by using drugs. It was found that 9 of these 6 patients have dual atrioventricular nodal pathway(DAVNP), indicating that their PSVT is due to reentry within the atrioventricular node. |
