肠道病毒71型感染的临床研究

肠道病毒71型(EV71)自1969年首次分离出来后,已在世界范围内引起了数次爆发流行.EV71是手足口病的主要病因,常引起多种与神经系统相关的严重疾病.目前缺乏有效的抗病毒治疗和高效疫苗,故早期发现和检测尤为重要.此文就EV71感染的流行情况、临床表现、检测技术及治疗等研究作了介绍.

Cinical research of Enterovirus 71 infection

Enterovirus 71(EV71)was first idenfified in 1969.Since then,several epidemics of EV71 infection have occurred around the world.EV71 is a major causative viral agent responsible for large outbreaks of hand-foot-mouth disease(HEMD).It is often associated with neurological complications,such as aseptic meningitis,brain stem encephalitis and poliomyelitis-like paralysis and has caused high mortality in recent outbreaks.Currently.there is no effective anlivind treatment for severe EV71 infections and no vaccine is available.We need a rapid and sensitive method to detect EV71 from clinical specimens,and will allow quaranntine measures to be taken more effectively during outbreaks.This review briefly outlines the advance of EV71 infection in epidemiology,clinical manifestation,detective measures and therapy.
